Question 1

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Once your order is shipped, we email you a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page at /track-order and enter your order number (format: NAC-XXXXXX) with the phone number you ordered with — no sign-in needed.

Question 2

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days in Jammu & Kashmir, 5–7 elsewhere. Express Delivery: 1–2 business days in Jammu & Kashmir, 2–3 elsewhere, at an extra charge shown at checkout. All timelines are from the day of dispatch, not order placement.

Question 3

Is there a minimum order value?

Accepted Answer

There's no minimum order value. The delivery charge depends on where the order is going and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Question 4

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them — before they enter our packing queue. After that, the order will have already been packed and dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+91 95967 84832) or email for the fastest response.

Question 5

Do you deliver outside India?

Accepted Answer

Currently, we deliver only within India. We're working on international shipping and expect to launch UAE, UK, and US delivery in 2026. Join our newsletter to be notified first.

Question 6

My order shows delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Please check with family members or neighbours first — couriers sometimes leave packages with a neighbour. If the package genuinely wasn't received, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp and we'll raise a courier investigation. Verified non-delivery cases are reshipped or fully refunded.

Question 7

Are your products genuinely organic?

Accepted Answer

Products labelled 'Organic' on our site are USDA Organic certified, FSSAI certified, or both. Each certification is listed in the product listing. We do not use the word 'organic' as a marketing term — only for genuinely certified products. Non-organic products are listed as 'Natural' or 'Premium'.

Question 8

Where exactly does your saffron come from?

Accepted Answer

Straight from the fields of Pampore in Jammu & Kashmir — the same soil that gives Kashmir saffron its name. We buy directly from the farmers who grow and hand-pick it, with no trader or middleman in between, so what leaves the field is exactly what reaches your door.

Question 9

How can I check the saffron is pure myself?

Accepted Answer

Drop a few strands into a glass of warm water or milk. Pure saffron releases its colour slowly over several minutes and turns the water a golden-yellow — it doesn't bleed deep red or orange instantly, and the strands stay mostly intact rather than dissolving. If a batch ever fails that test for you, or a lab report of your own says otherwise, tell us and we'll refund or replace it — no argument.

Question 10

Is your Shilajit lab tested for heavy metals?

Accepted Answer

Every lab report we have is published on the Shilajit page: the lab, the standard, the test date and the readings for lead, mercury, arsenic and cadmium. If the page shows no report, the batch we would send you has not been tested yet — ask us on WhatsApp before you order.

Question 11

Why do your prices vary between weight options — is it proportional?

Accepted Answer

Larger weight options are priced better per gram than smaller options — we pass on the packaging and logistics savings. We never charge a flat price-per-gram across all sizes. The per-gram price is displayed on each product listing for easy comparison.

Question 12

What does 'vacuum-sealed' mean, and why does it matter?

Accepted Answer

Vacuum-sealing removes oxygen from the packaging before sealing. Oxygen is the primary cause of rancidity and flavour degradation in nuts and seeds. Vacuum-sealed products last significantly longer and retain their natural oil content and flavour better than air-packaged alternatives.

Question 13

I found my honey has crystallised. Is it still good?

Accepted Answer

Crystallisation is a natural and positive sign of pure, raw honey. It means no sugar has been added and it hasn't been heavily processed. To re-liquefy, place the jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water for 15–20 minutes. Never microwave honey — it destroys the enzymes.

Question 14

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), Net Banking (all major Indian banks), Digital Wallets (Paytm Wallet, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik), and Cash on Delivery (COD, with a handling fee shown at checkout). All online payments are processed through a 256-bit SSL encrypted gateway.

Question 15

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with a handling fee added at checkout. Whether COD is offered depends on the delivery option for your address — checkout only shows it where it is available.

Question 16

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For orders above ₹10,000 or recurring B2B requirements, please contact our wholesale team at info@nutsandcrafts.com or via the Contact page. We offer tiered discounts starting at 15% for qualified bulk buyers, with dedicated account management.

Question 17

Are the prices inclusive of GST?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every price on our website includes GST, so the price you see is the price you pay for the product; delivery is shown separately at checkout. The rate depends on the product, and your invoice shows the GST included in each item.

Question 18

Do you have a loyalty or rewards programme?

Accepted Answer

We're launching NutsAndCrafts Rewards in Q3 2026 — earn points on every purchase, redeemable for discounts on future orders. Join our newsletter to be the first to know.

Question 19

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be in their original, unopened vacuum-sealed packaging. Opened perishables cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — but if you're unhappy with the quality of any product, we'll replace it or refund you regardless of whether it's opened.

Question 20

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Take a photo of the damaged product and packaging, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 95967 84832) or email (support@nutsandcrafts.com). We'll arrange a replacement dispatch within 24 hours, with no need to return the damaged product.

Question 21

How long do refunds take?

Accepted Answer

Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. UPI and bank transfer refunds typically reflect within 1–3 business days. Credit/debit card refunds can take 5–7 business days depending on your bank. COD order refunds are paid by bank transfer or UPI.

Question 22

Can I return a gift box if the recipient doesn't like it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If the recipient contacts us within 7 days with the order ID, we arrange the return and refund the person who paid for the order.

Question 23

Do I need an account to place an order?

Accepted Answer

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save multiple addresses, manage saved payment methods, and access order history.

Question 24

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Go to My Account → Security → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy, except for transaction records which must be retained for 7 years under Indian tax law.

Question 25

Do you share my personal data with third parties?

Accepted Answer

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with payment processors (Razorpay) and courier partners (DTDC, BlueDart) to fulfil your orders. We use Google Analytics in anonymised form for site usage analysis. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
